With 100 Enterprise Outlook inboxes assigned to each domain meaning you have top-tier deliverability for $0.045 per enterprise outlook inbox. The software sets everything up for you.
Our software plugs your domains into our system which assigns 100 enterprise-grade outlook accounts to each one, achieving top-notch deliverability (via outlook), with very high levels of scale, very quickly (software does all the set-up)
When you plug ONE domain into our system, you will get assigned 100 enterprise outlook email inboxes from which you can send 2000 emails a day.
Because our software assigns 100 enterprise Outlook accounts to each of your domains, the deliverability can't be beaten. You get the same deliverability you would get with a $16/mo inbox. But the volume of 100 of them!
The software sets up and loads the accounts into your sending software. You only need 5 domains to hit 10,000 sends per day. So if you or a client wants to scale, it can be handled in record time with zero input from you.
You get assigned enterprise outlook accounts, so deliverability can't be beaten.
Most resellers will give you cheap Asian accounts (bad deliverability). With our system, you get US or European accounts.
Resellers cram as many customers into one 'admin-panel' as they can, leading to poor deliverability. With us, ONE domain = ONE admin-panel!
ONE domain = ONE admin panel. Our software uses unique cards, proxies, and custom fingerprints for every admin-panel. This means ZERO connection between panels.
With resellers, everything is linked, and thus the sending of one emailer on one reseller account, affects your deliverability.
Ironically, we've found higher volume per domain is actually BETTER (when combined with STRONG inboxes - this is a key component). With our system, you don't need to spread volume across 100s of domains. It simply isn't needed.
Unlike private infra, our inboxes send from IPs that have LOTS of real, normal business activity on them, which covers your cold-emailing. What is better: one cold emailer sending only cold emails from an IP that has never been used before (so easy to detect), or one cold emailer sending cold-emails from an IP, but 100s of other businesses are sending REAL, NORMAL business emails on that IP?
Many cold-email inbox providers have got a bad rap because they put you and 50 other cold-emailers on the same account/panel. This means your deliverability goes down the toilet. With our system, you are the ONLY customer on your account. Each account is set-up with ONE domain on it, ensuring top-notch deliverability. You can use external tools to confirm this.
Don't worry about other cold-emailers on your admin panel or tenant destroying you reputation like other resellers.
Resellers are plagued with bans because they cram in 10s of cold emailers on each admin panel/tenant. We don't have this problem.
Because you are the only emailer on your panel, you can scale volume much more.
At around $0.05 per inbox, you can scale to literally 10s of thousands of inboxes, sending 100s of thousands of cold emails, right to inbox, every day... How many leads, or calls will this generate for you?
1 domain scales to 2,400 emails sent per day in 21-28 days.
To buy 100 traditional inboxes it would cost you anywhere from as low as $300 with an Asian inbox reseller to as high as $1500 with enterprise grade inboxes. And you have to buy 20-50 domains too, which costs $200-500.
We use US and European outlook inboxes (not Asian inboxes which many resellers sell), so deliverability is the best out of nearly any solution on the market. You can confirm this when you get assigned your inboxes.
Because our inboxes are so strong, warmup goes much faster.
With 100k sends per day you can cover entire markets in one day. Imagine being able to tell a client you'll be able to test 10 of their angle ideas in one day? Or find them investment for their series A round in 10 days? Or book them 100 calls in a day? This is all possible with quality, and quantity of outreach. We give you both.
Each domain can send 2,000 emails per day, so 50 domains are needed to hit 100k sends per day.
You point the domains to CloudFlare, the software then sets up DMARC, SPF, DKIM for you, and link it to the inboxes.
May take a few hours to a day. But it runs automatically.
Our software automatically logs your inboxes into any sending software. Smartlead, instantly, lemlist, whatever.
By day 21, you'll be sending 100,000 emails per day. Deliverability will be as good as an email inbox bought directly from Microsoft or Google.
See the breakdown below.

The same level of deliverability you get with a outlook inbox, that you might spend $7 a month on, is the same level of deliverability you'll get with us.
Yes. The code is designed to spin up emails automatically.
If you were to use outlook or gsuite yourself, it would cost you $7 per inbox. You would also have to buy lots more domains (many cold-emailers suggest 1 domain for every 2 email inboxes!).
So for 100 inboxes, it will cost you $700 (this is not even including the cost for all the domains).
With our solution, you save nearly 99%, and you do 10X less work (no dmarc/dkim/spf, no buying and setting up inboxes manually, etc etc).
With our solution, you can scale to 100s of thousands of emails a day with very minimal cost ($0.045 per inbox)
We wouldn't use outlook if we had problems with deliverability.
We have found that short cold email copy hits the inbox at a very high rate. And if your domain ever gets burned (if you're sending 2000 emails a day from a domain), you can just run the switch domain module in our software, which automatically replaces the domain for you. Voila. New, fresh domain. Ready to go again.
But the amazing this about this system is you can play with your sending strategy. A unique sending strategy we use right now, mainly for our small but valuable lead lists, is what i call the 'gray man' strategy. We send 1 outbound email, 49 warmup emails a day. So 2% of our total volume is outbound. So we send 100 emails per domain, per tenant. We then scale horizontally across tenants and domains, rather than vertically within a tenant and domain. It's essentially impossible for ESPs to block your domain with this type of cold email because only 2% of your email volume is cold email. So if 2% of people on your outbound emails report you as spam, that's literally 0.004% of your total email volume that reports you as spam. It's negligible. And ESPs will never block your domain. And even if the ESPs use AI to detect cold email, the cold email detected coming from your domain as a percentage of entire email volume is so tiny, that they never block you.
You can use Instantly's Unibox or Smartlead's Master Inbox to see all of your emails in one window.
A couple of reasons:
1) most resellers will buy cheap inboxes from Asia. This means when you send emails, you will send from Asian IPs. It isn't normal for Asian inboxes to send to US or European inboxes, and the ESPs know this. So when you do it, you get lower deliverability.
2) Not many resellers are actually cheaper than us on a inbox per inbox basis. There maybe some Asian resellers who might go lower for bulk orders, but these inboxes are terrible because Asian IPs have the lowest reputation (lots of cold-email to the US and Europe comes from Asian IPs)
3) Resellers put you on an admin panel with lots of other customers (as many as they can). This means the quality of outreach of the other customers you are sharing the admin panel with, will affect your deliverability. If one customer on the panel sends terrible cold emails to uncleaned lists, this will affect the rest of the customers on that panel (including you!).
No. Private infrastructure is when you lease/rent IPs or pay for virtual private servers, and send emails from inboxes you create on those IPs.
Private infrastructure have terrible deliverability for a number of reasons which I won't go into. If they provided good deliverability we would use private infrastructure instead.
No, how many emails a day does a normal, relatively unknown company with say 50-100 employees send per day? Thousands.. Do they get blocked? No.
We also have some 'secret sauce' on the backend which allows us to emulate the above scenario, which we'll also give you.
You most likely bought from a reseller that either A) crammed you onto one admin panel or 'tenant' with 100s of other customers, and the email provider downgraded your tenant/admin panels deliverability because of mass spam coming from it, or B) you bought from an Asian reseller, and got Asian account, which naturally have worse deliverability to US and European emails.
With scalesends, you get your own dedicated admin panel or 'tenant'. No one else is on that but you. And only ONE of your domains is on there (no other reseller goes to these steps.. we do. It cuts our profit margin down A LOT, but it's worth it). We also put you exclusively on US and European tenants. So you will always be assigned a high deliverability inbox.
Outlook works fine for us - we get 10/10 inbox placement scores. With shorter copy, regular domain rotation, and best practices we'll teach you.
Main factors include our tech on the back end, the use of only 1 domain per tenant, and the guideline we give you to cold-email effectively - mainly copy, domain rotation, potential sending strategies, etc)
